Grader Operator – Federation Mine (Redpath Group)

Ready to level up your mining career? Federation Mine is on the lookout for an experienced Grader Operator to join our underground team in a full-time, long-term role with serious job security and great perks.

Your Role

  • Grade declines, levels, and service areas
  • Operate water truck for dust control in underground workings
  • Conduct proactive roadway repairs
  • Maintain machinery cleanliness and report any mechanical issues
  • Complete tasks safely and efficiently under supervisor direction

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience operating graders and road maintenance machinery
  • Nationally accredited Grader ticket/licence
  • Valid manual driver's licence
  • A strong work ethic and alignment with Redpath's motto:
