The Role:

We're hiring 4 experienced crew members for major site installations from August February 2026 at:

  • Cairns Water Facility (Draper Rd, South of Edmonton)
  • The Hub, Smithfield

What will you be doing?

  • Site steel erection and assembly
  • On-site welding and fabrication
  • Working in a team environment with overtime available

What you will bring to us:

Mandatory:

  • Construction White or Blue Card
  • EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket
  • Proven site experience
  • Driver's licence + own transport
  • Strong safety and teamwork mindset

Preferred:

  • Trade qualified (Metal Fabrication) and/or Rigger/Dogger tickets
  • Certified welding experience
  • Working at Heights certification
  • Forklift licence
  • Franna crane ticket
  • Experience with structural steel erection
