This role combines deep expertise in AI/ML, multi-agent frameworks, and full-stack development to deliver transformative business value through AWS's advanced AI capabilities.
Core Focus Areas:
Agentic AI Implementation & Architecture:
- Design and implement multi-agent AI systems using AWS services
- Architect GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, Amazon Q, or open source tools
- Lead complex AI transformation projects focusing on agentic systems
- Develop frameworks for AI performance optimization and business value measurement
- Implement AI governance and safety practices
- Design and operationalise evaluation frameworks to measure effectiveness, scalability and robustness of Multi agent applications
- Design and implement agent identity and provenance frameworks to ensure trust, accountability and compliance in GenAI multi agent systems.
Multi-Agent Protocols & Frameworks:
- Design solutions using MCP, ACP, A2A, ANP, and AG-UI protocols
- Implement agent discovery, authentication, and coordination mechanisms
- Develop multi-agent systems using LangChain, AutoGen, MetaGPT, and LangGraph
- Create secure agent-to-agent communication infrastructures
- Design real-time context sharing and state management systems
Full Stack Development:
- Build end-to-end agentic AI applications using modern frameworks
- Develop frontend interfaces for AI agent interaction )
- Implement backend services for AI orchestration )
- Design and Implement GenUI based interfaces to produce and render dynamic interactive experiences.
- Design microservices architectures for scalable AI deployments
- Create event-driven architectures using AWS services
Key job responsibilities
- Expertise - Design and develop cloud-native solutions using AWS services, including hands-on software development, architecture design, and implementation of best practices in modern development methodologies
- Solutions - Provide solution implementations including software development, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices while collaborating with customers to understand requirements and create technical solutions
- Delivery - Build and implement distributed computing solutions using AWS services, involving hands-on coding, testing, and deployment across cloud environments. This includes developing new applications, modernizing existing ones, and innovating on behalf of customers.
- Technical Leadership - Guide customer and partner teams in software engineering practices, code reviews, architectural decisions, and implementation of AWS services while ensuring solution quality and security best practices
- Innovation - Develop innovative solutions using AWS AI/ML services, including building AI-enabled applications, implementing Agent architectures, and creating reusable components that demonstrate innovative use of AWS services

- 7+ years of IT implementation experience
- Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical / architectural trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation
- Experience and technical expertise (design and implementation) in cloud computing technologies
- 5+ years of practical machine learning experience
- 5+ years of full stack development experience
- Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
- Experience implementing AWS services
- 4+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience, or AWS Professional level certification
- Hands on experience leading large-scale global data analytics projects aligned with business use cases.
- Experience in Data Quality management: Processes to measure and manage data quality, enforce data controls, and provide data assurance.
