About the Role

As Inventory Manager at rebel Liverpool, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring stock accuracy, and leading a team in a high-volume environment. This role is more than managing stock – it's about leading people, motivating teams, and delivering outstanding results.

Your role in the game plan

  • Lead and inspire: Coach, develop, and motivate your team to exceed KPIs and grow their careers.
  • Drive results: Maintain strong inventory accuracy, control shrinkage, and optimize stock availability to maximize sales.
  • Customer first: Ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time – in-store and online.
  • Optimize operations: Oversee replenishment, stock-to-floor turnaround, and back-of-house standards.
  • Champion culture & safety: Foster a high-energy, engaged, and safety-first environment.

What you bring

  • Proven leadership in retail or a related operational role.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume operations and multiple priorities.
  • Excellent people leadership – structured and supportive.
  • Experience with accounts receivable or financial processes desirable.
  • A passion for driving results and building a customer-centric team.
