About the Role
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a friendly and collaborative team based in Perth. Working closely with Personal Assistants within this practice group, you will be able to build on your career with direct mentoring opportunities in a collaborative and interactive team.
Duties
- Opening files
- Assisting with the preparation of documents and general correspondence
- General requirements including telephones, incoming and outgoing mail and filing
- Monthly billing and expenses
- Client reporting
- Assisting with diary management and email management
About You
- Previous Legal Secretary experience
- Strong writing, formatting and communication skills, with well-developed written expression and grammar and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong, professional team player who is enthusiastic and enjoys a challenge.
- Willingness to learn and enhance skills
