Canberra's finest Japanese restaurant and bar, Mu & Cicada Bar is seeking dedicated and passionate Bartenders and Front of House Staff to join our growing teams. If you have a love for fine food and beverages, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • consistent availability - Friday and Saturday essential,
  • a minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced hospitality environment,
  • ability to handle multiple plates and perform confident tray service,
  • excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and a guest-first mindset,
  • a valid RSA certificate, and immediate start availability,
  • for those who is interested in the bartender role: you must require a deep understanding of classic cocktails and the ability to maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Previous front-of-house experience is a plus.
