About the Role:

You'll be working directly with NDIS participants in their homes and local communities to provide flexible, person-centred support. Each day is different, you may be assisting with:

  • Daily living skills (e.g., cooking, cleaning, personal care)
  • Community participation (e.g., shopping, appointments, social outings)
  • Capacity building (e.g., building routines, confidence, independence)
  • Transport to and from appointments or activities
  • Emotional and practical support to help clients meet their NDIS goals

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for people who are not only experienced, but genuinely care.

Required:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar qualification)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset

Highly Regarded:

  • Experience supporting people with disability, psychosocial needs, or complex behaviours
  • Manual handling or medication administration experience
  • Mental Health First Aid or relevant NDIS training
