At iKare Support Services, we believe in doing more than just supporting, we walk alongside people with disabilities to live full, independent, and meaningful lives. We're seeking passionate, committed, and reliable Support Workers to join our team across a range of shifts and participants.

About the Role:

You'll be working directly with NDIS participants in their homes and local communities to provide flexible, person-centred support. Each day is different, you may be assisting with:

  • Daily living skills (e.g., cooking, cleaning, personal care)
  • Community participation (e.g., shopping, appointments, social outings)
  • Capacity building (e.g., building routines, confidence, independence)
  • Transport to and from appointments or activities
  • Emotional and practical support to help clients meet their NDIS goals

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for people who are not only experienced, but genuinely care.

Required:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar qualification)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset

Highly Regarded:

  • Experience supporting people with disability, psychosocial needs, or complex behaviours
  • Manual handling or medication administration experience
  • Mental Health First Aid or relevant NDIS training
