We are looking for a swimming pool and spa service technician to join our expanding independent, family-owned business based in beautiful Yamba on the north coast of NSW.

Duties:

  • Pool water testing and chemical balancing
  • Swimming pool and spa servicing and cleaning
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Troubleshooting and resolutions
  • Customer service relationship and communication
  • Maintaining / updating clients service software

About you:

  • Previous experience in the swimming pool and spa industry would be an advantage
  • Able to work independently and with other team members
  • Being reliable, punctual & self-motivated with a focus on customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Certificate III or IV in Swimming Pool & Spa Service would be an advantage
  • Current Manual Drivers licence essential
