As a senior member of the Finance leadership team, you'll partner closely with our Group GM Leasing, Head of Portfolio Management, Investor Relations & Corporate Strategy teams and Head of Technology, to deliver financial strategies and insights that enable informed business decisi

itiesYou'll lead a high-performing commercial finance function responsible for valuations, property accounting, analytics, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, and revenue insights. You'll play a key role in shaping how we understand and communicate financial performance — from day-to-day reporting to long-term strategic plan

Your remit will**

  • span:Leadership of the Commercial Finance function, including valuations, budgets, forecasts, and revenue ins
  • ights.Financial business partnering across investments, property, funds management, and le
  • asing.End-to-end ownership of budgets, short- and long-term forecasts, and the management reporting fram
  • ework.Development of financial dashboards and insights that support executive and board decision-m
  • aking.Oversight of the property accounting function and external financial relationships, including with our property provider
  • (KFA).Identification of risks and opportunities to improve performance, enhance revenue, and optimise expend
