Reporting to the Contracts Superintendent, we require a highly motivated and organised professional to join our team in a key administrative role supporting the day-to-day operations of our site-based activities This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of site services, including managing accommodation logistics and providing high-level administrative support to the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Operations team and site leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records, registers, and documentation in line with company policies.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage follow-ups on action items.
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure availability of essential administrative resources.
  • Manage site accommodation bookings, allocations, and maintain occupancy records.
  • Coordinate FIFO travel logistics in collaboration with camp management and travel teams.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and site access for new personnel and contractors.
  • Act as the first point of contact for site inquiries and administrative support needs.
  • Support site events, inductions, training sessions, and ensure policy compliance.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambitions to progress within the organisation.
You will require the following Qualifications, Skills and experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (desirable)
  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable).
  • Proven experience in a site-based or administrative role, preferably within the mining or resources sector.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and site management systems (e.g., INX, SAP, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Current C Class Driver's Licence
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and site-specific inductions
