About the Role:
You'll be the first point of contact for customers — helping with quotes, bookings, and advice across a wide range of products like exhausts, towbars, bullbars, suspension, lighting, and more.
No two days are the same here, and with our product range always evolving, you'll need to think fast, stay organised, and learn quickly.
You'll also work closely with our workshop team to keep everything running smoothly, ensuring customers get the best service from start to finish
Duties Include:
Quoting jobs and explaining services to customers
Assisting with exhaust, towbar, bullbar, and accessory enquiries
- Providing top-notch service in person, over the phone, and online
- Learning and keeping up with our constantly changing product range
- Supporting our workshop with scheduling and admin tasks
- Selling with confidence, professionalism, and honesty
We're Looking For:
Experience in the automotive industry (retail, mechanical, or workshop) *preferred no necessary
Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- A quick learner with strong interest in vehicles and 4x4 accessories
- Friendly, confident, and professional with customers
- Organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressure
- Good computer and admin skills
Pay & Progression:
Starting from $34/hr (casual) – depending on experience.
Opportunity to move to part-time at a higher rate once product knowledge and performance are proven.
