Construction Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily site ops while actively participating in the build. You'll manage trades, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure each project is delivered on time and on budget, with support from our Director and Project Manager.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure works are progressing to schedule
• Work on the tools if needed to support project delivery
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
• Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain high workmanship standards
• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects and the internal team
• Assist with scheduling, reporting and project documentations
• problem solve on site to keep projects running efficiently
• Manage and provide direction to a construction team of carpenters and apprentices

About You

• Trade qualification in Carpentry
• Proven experience as a leading hand, foreman or site supervisor or looking to make the next step in your career
• Strong technical knowledge of residential construction and detailing
• Hands-on and proactive approach to supervision
• Excellent communication and leadership skills and commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
• Current white card and driver's licence
