Busselton Western Australia Insight Therapy Australia Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year
Psychologist Position – Create Meaningful Change in a Supportive, Neuroaffirming Practice

Are you ready to do the work you love in a way that truly matters?

If you're passionate about supporting children, teens, and families through genuine neuroaffirming practice, and you're looking for a workplace that celebrates your unique strengths while supporting your growth, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Located in the stunning coastal town of Busselton, our small, thriving private practice is expanding and we're looking for a dedicated Psychologist to join our close-knit team (full time or part time positions available). This role blends neurodevelopmental assessments (Autism, ADHD, and Specific Learning) with play therapy and psychological therapy, offering variety, purpose, and the chance to make a lasting impact.

Here, you won't just be another clinician, you'll be part of a practice where neuroaffirming values are deeply woven into every aspect of care. We take pride in creating a safe, supportive environment not only for our clients but for our team too.

Why You'll Love This Role

Work with Purpose – Make a meaningful difference every day by supporting young people to thrive as their authentic selves.

Live the Coastal Lifestyle – Enjoy a relaxed pace of life in beautiful Busselton while still being part of an innovative, forward-thinking practice.

Feel Truly Supported – Join a team that genuinely has your back. We collaborate, we share knowledge, and we celebrate each other's wins.

Follow Your Passion – Whether it's assessments, play therapy, or creative therapeutic approaches, we'll support you to grow in the areas you love most.

Shape Your Work Week – Choose the hours and days that work for you. We know flexibility is key to doing your best work and living your best life.

Keep Learning & Growing – Access high-quality professional development and regular opportunities to expand your skills in neuroaffirming and evidence-based practice.

Be Valued for What You Bring – Competitive salary packages tailored to your skills and experience—because your contribution matters.

Who We're Looking For

  • Someone who thrives in supporting children, teens, and families through affirming, individualised therapy.
  • A clinician skilled in neurodevelopmental assessments (Autism, ADHD, Specific Learning).

  • A collaborative team player who values both independence and shared wisdom.
  • Someone who's committed to building safe, empowering environments across home, school, and community.
  • Holds full registration as a Psychologist in Australia.

Ready to Join Us?

If this sounds like the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you. Please send to your resume and a cover letter telling us about your experience, your alignment with our neuroaffirming values, and why this role excites you.
