We're looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join a progressive and supportive accounting firm in Joondalup.
You'll manage your own portfolio, support clients across multiple industries, and play a key role in training and mentoring the team.
If you've worked as a bookkeeper in either an accounting firm or a bookkeeping service, this will be highly regarded.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of small-to-medium business clients
- Handle bookkeeping, payroll, BAS/IAS/TPAR lodgements, and STP compliance
- Troubleshoot, train, and support clients on Xero, MYOB & add-ons
- Improve client workflows and implement cloud-based solutions
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with accountants
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' bookkeeping or business support experience
- Solid Xero and MYOB knowledge
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll, BAS, IAS, TPAR
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
