The Role

We're looking for an entry‑level Administration Assistant to join our Laverton North office. You'll provide day‑to‑day support to our Finance Department, Services Coordinator, and Planner. No industry experience is required — just bring your organisation skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

  • General office administration: filing, data entry, document organisation
  • Assist Finance with invoice processing and record keeping
  • Support Services Coordinator with scheduling and supplier communications
  • Help Planner with project documentation
  • Draft simple correspondence

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable, organised, and detail‑focused
  • Clear communicator (written and verbal)
  • Computer literate — confident with Microsoft Office Applications and keen to learn new systems
  • Positive attitude and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Team player who enjoys helping others and enjoys a challenge
  • Australian work rights are required for this position

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

  • Knowledge of the landscape industry
  • Experience with Reckon Accounts Hosted
