Erin's Sunday Kitchen is a small but fast-growing Gold Coast meal prep company creating fresh, high-protein meals with a different menu each week. We're proud to make everything from scratch — no mass production, just real food made properly in a relaxed, tidy environment. We have grown from a one-woman show to a team of four, and are looking to expand our back of house Monday team

The role

We're looking for a reliable person to join our prep team each Monday (8 am – 1 pm) at our Mudgeeraba kitchen. You'll help with simple back-of-house tasks like chopping, weighing, portioning, labelling and packing orders. It's calm, consistent work with music, good people and an easy-going vibe

What we're looking for

  • Reliable, punctual and tidy
  • Able to follow clear instructions
  • Friendly attitude and great attention to detail
  • Must have (or be willing to get) an ABN

Pay & growth

$30-$35/hr casual under the Hospitality Award

Monday shifts to start (5 hours), with more available as we grow

Opportunities for future career progression into Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or additional production roles as the business expands
