Established and renowned for high end design driven Assisted/Seniors Living, this studio are diversifying into wider Living asset classes: BTR/BTS, Co-Living.

Working independently and collaboratively, this role will lead new business growth in Brisbane, leveraging client relationships and this studios reputation.

Principal Responsibilities:

Leading new business growth within Living Sector in South East Queensland market.

Responsibility for projects, clients and accounts

Responsible for local marketing and business development on a day to day basis with assistance and guidance from the Regional Directors, and within the guidelines of the global, regional and local Business Plan.

Developing new business aligned with the Global vision and agreed strategic marketing and business development plan.

Cultivate and expand upon existing business objectives.

Promote the business externally in line with all Region / Global strategies to increase brand awareness and increase market position.

Ensure the delivery of projects to a high standard.

Ideal Profile

A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in architecture or interior design practice and or experience running a similar sized architectural practice / or other business.

Registered Architect or industry professional.

Bachelor of Architecture Degree

Client + Industry network in the residential, BTR, BTS, Student housing, Co-Living seniors living and other 'living-related' property sectors.

An expert knowledge within the above sectors, ideally in Brisbane.

Relationships with interstate Property Developers/Investors who seek expansion into SE QLD welcome.

Ability to lead and inspire.

Ability to make clear, objective decisions for the good of the practice.

High level Design Skills

Ability to develop and maintain local and global business opportunities.

Excellent communication skills.

Previous track record of building client relationships, and work winning.
