We're looking for an experience Regional Sales Manager to join our high-performing Sales team in Australia. This is a remote role with travel required throughout the NSW and ACT states. What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with new and existing customers, including integrators, consultants, and end users, through regular face-to-face engagement across NSW and ACT
  • Driving territory growth by exceeding sales targets and expanding ICT's presence within the assigned region
  • Representing and promoting ICT's value proposition and competitive differentiators in the market
  • Building strong knowledge of the installed customer base and identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Managing fast-paced sales cycles while nurturing long-term strategic engagements
  • Collaborating with internal lead generation teams to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Providing accurate sales forecasting, business intelligence, and transparent reporting
  • Maintaining best-practice CRM hygiene, including opportunity tracking, quotes, and activity updates
  • Preparing and delivering monthly sales activity reports
  • Actively participating in industry trade shows and partner events
  • Attending quarterly ICT Partner Program meetings and supporting the planning and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Assisting with integrator system design and solution development

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a sales or business development professional with strong knowledge of sales best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences
  • Confidence explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools
  • Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude, with a high level of initiative
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities to deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related productivity tools
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to evolving systems
  • Full driver's licence and current passport
