About the Role

You will be working aboard commercial fishing vessels.

Duties include:

  • Setting and hauling pots.
  • Sorting, handling, grading, and packing catch to quality standards
  • Maintaining deck equipment and ensuring a clean, safe work environment
  • Assisting with general vessel operations and maintenance
What We're Looking For
  • Proven deckhand experience in commercial fishing
  • Coxswain Grade 2 or higher (advantageous, but not essential)
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
  • Ability to work long hours in challenging offshore conditions
  • Strong teamwork skills and reliability
  • Commitment to safe fishing practices and sustainability
