Deli Manager

Fairley's is looking for a Deli Manager to join the team at Shepparton.

Alternating Roster (Every 2nd Saturday and some public holidays)

The successful applicants will have a proven track record of:

• Delivering excellent quality and service standards throughout the department
• Previous management of a deli department within a supermarket or shop
• Coaching and supporting the development of fellow team members
• Working well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Achieving sales budgets, gross profits and wage control targets.
• Controlling shrinkage and completing monthly stocktakes
• Rostering that reflects the customer's needs and at the same time meeting the departments wage budgets
• Maintaining department invoicing and clerical procedures.
• Ordering of stock to a level relevant to the departments sales.
• Maintaining correct pricing and ticketing.
• Maintain the department to HACCP standards
• Ensuring all cleaning schedules are maintained.
• Abide by company policies and procedures at all times
