The Role: 

This positions forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Ready Resources Health. This position delivers inclusive and person-centered quality care and support in accordance with individualized client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment. 

To be successful in the role, you will require the following: 

  • Bachelor's in nursing (RN's) or a Cert III in aged care or individual support or equivalent (AIN's/PCA's)
  • Current AHPRA registration or willing to obtain
  • Experience in Aged Care
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Full Right to work status in Australia
  • Provide First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check   or willing to obtain

STUDENT NURSES with aged care placement experience are welcome and International applicants with a Diploma of Nursing are also encouraged to apply.
