They are currently seeking an experienced Property Business Partner to join their dynamic team of 7 on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a diverse and impactful organisation through the effective management of their property portfolio.

About the Role

As the Property Business Partner, you will take a hands-on approach to managing and supporting property operations across sites in New South Wales and ACT. You will be instrumental in coordinating property-related projects, including relocations, refurbishments and new site establishments

Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the Corporate Services Manager Assets, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate a range of complex property projects and activities
  • Oversee WHS compliance, action maintenance requests, and manage service contracts
  • Respond to a high volume of property-related enquiries via phone and email
  • Administer lease renewals, lease documentation, and invoice processing
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and update property and lease information within the property database

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, facilities, or project management (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar property/facilities management role
  • A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence and ability to travel as required
  • A current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • The right to work in Australia
  • A valid National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
