The Role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support / Account Manager to join our growing team.

This role blends operational excellence with relationship management, ensuring smooth service delivery and meaningful partnerships.

You will be based at our head office (Sydney CBD) one day per week and the remaining days working from our referral partners' locations (employment providers). It may involve occasional travel within the Sydney area and interstate as required.

What You'll Do


• Manage calls, emails, and client enquiries with professionalism and care


• Coordinate appointments, cancellations, and weekly reporting


• Support referral intake and partner onboarding


• Build and maintain strong provider and stakeholder relationships


• Prepare proposals and assist with contracts to expand services


• Provide comprehensive administrative support and reporting, including invoicing, payroll, program coordination, and direct executive assistance to the CEO and National

Operations Manager


• Demonstrate strong systems capability — confidently navigating platforms such as Employment Hero, iinsight, SharePoint, Timely and Active Campaign to maintain data accuracy and streamline operations


• Plan, coordinate, and deliver events, meetings, and workshops, ensuring smooth logistics and an exceptional experience for all participants

About You


• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• A self-driven, proactive attitude with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions


• Experience in administration, coordination, or stakeholder management


• Background in allied health or employment services (advantageous)
