The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and personnel management skills, with a focus on customer service and a commitment to the company's values. The Bar & Gaming Supervisor will concentrate on operational details to ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of members and guests, staff job satisfaction of the Country Club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication.

  • Lead bar and gaming operations to provide exceptional service.

  • Train and motivate bar staff to maintain high standards of presentation and service.

  • Manage stock control and cash handling while ensuring compliance with RSA and RSG regulations.

  • Collaborate with the team during peak holiday periods.

  • Flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
