Our client is seeking a Graduate Architect to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Design Development: Contribute to all project phases, including concept design, planning documentation, and construction documentation.
  • Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients, consultants, and suppliers, showcasing your communication skills.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating your organizational abilities and time management expertise.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Apply your innovative thinking to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional results.
Who are they looking for?
  • Architectural Expertise: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential architecture in NSW, Australia.
  • Educational Background: You hold a Masters and/or Bachelors of Architecture from a recognized university.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with VectorWorks and SketchUp is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: You possess a sound understanding of BCA regulations and Australian standards applicable to residential development.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in team environments and can also work independently when required.
  • Australian Residency: You are an Australian resident, eligible to work without restrictions.
