About the role:

You'll join the crew as a hands-on installer, specialising in pool plumbing and equipment installs. You don't need to have built pools before — if you've worked with pipes, pumps, pressure systems, refrigeration, or hvac, we'll train you up on the specifics.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Install and commission pvc pressure pipe systems (training provided)

  • Fit pumps, filters, heaters, automation, and control equipment

  • Read and work from setouts, plans, and levels with precision

  • Pressure test and hand over jobs with no leaks, no rework

  • Coordinate with sparkies, builders, and supervisors to keep jobs sequenced cleanly

  • Keep sites safe, tidy, and professional

About you:

You're a skilled tradie from plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, hvac, irrigation, or a similar background. More important than the exact trade is your mindset:

  • You're mechanically sharp, switched on, and good at problem solving

  • You take pride in clean workmanship — no shortcuts, no bodgy joins

  • You're reliable, fit, and prepared to work outdoors

  • You've got a white card and driver's licence, and bring your own work ethic

  • No experience in pools? No problem. We'll train the right person.
