About the role

Adrenalin Off-Road Centre Pakenham is seeking a full-time 4X4 Retail Salesperson to join our high performing team at our Pakenham location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert knowledge to help our customers find the perfect 4x4 accessories and equipment to suit their needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored product recommendations
  2. Demonstrate products and features to customers, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed purchasing decisions
  3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  4. Maintain store displays and inventory to the highest standards
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with our clients
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product developments

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or sales role, ideally within the 4x4 or automotive accessories industry
  2. Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new product features and benefits
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build rapport
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing outstanding customer service
  5. Passion for the 4x4 lifestyle and enthusiasm for helping customers find the right products
  6. Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the store
