We are seeking expressions of interest from Engineers in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining and Geotechnical Engineering to join our 2026 Graduate Program.

This is a 2 year structured program providing you with mentorship and hands-on training and development from industry expects. This will entail 3-4 rotations across our mine sites located in the Bowen Basin and Brisbane Corporate office. We value our graduates and will work with you to provide you with valuable skills and experience to kick start your career.

Interested in joining our Program? You will need:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining or Geotechnical Engineering
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid Australian drivers' licence
• Australian Working rights
• Ability to relocate to central Queensland for the majority of the 2 year program or you can FIFO (salary sacrifice the costs of your flights) and stay at camp provided accommodation during the week.
