HiBob is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in implementation, project management, stakeholder management, and SaaS to ensure the successful deployment of our innovative HR platform, Bob. Your efforts will directly contribute to transforming how organizations operate in the modern workplace.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of HiBob's HR platform for new clients
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Provide training and support to clients during the implementation phase
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges during implementation
  • Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support
  • Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies
  • Report on project progress and outcomes to senior management
