Skills: SuccessFactors - Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

Must-Have**

1.Experience in leading, configuring and implementing large, enterprise SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) projects mainly with AUS deployment experiences

2.Should have SAP SuccessFactros Employee Central certification and Employee Central module

3.Minimum 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations

4.Design, configure and maintain payroll components including; wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycle activity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers and reporting

5.Payroll Integrations

6.Experience in configuring UI mashups, Payroll Control Center

7.Configure and maintain all wage types and determine taxation rules, FI mapping, infotype association and permissibility rules

8.Lead and manage payroll workstream to contribute to the overall project success

9.Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development

10.Understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets

11.Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management

12.Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.

13.Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.

14.Experince in Successfactors Integration Center

Good-to-Have

1.Knowledge in intelligent Services

2.Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage

3.Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales

4.Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1.Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes

2.Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization

3.Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.

4.Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors

5.Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
