The Role
Are you an experienced
Rehabilitation Counsellor
looking to specialise in one area? Due to our continued growth, we are seeking experienced
Senior Assessment Specialists
to join our team in Metro Sydney.
Choose from our conveniently located offices located in either Alexandria, Parramatta or Macquarie Park.
We are seeking Rehabilitation Counsellors wishing to specialise in one-off assessments & Medico-Legal work for a range of business lines including Workers Comp, CTP, Liability & Life Insurance.

We offer varied and flexible progression paths, including roles without direct reports such as QA, account management and project management.

About You
You will be qualified as a
Rehabilitation Counsellor
(with full ASORC membership).

We are interested in speaking with applicants
seeking a full-time, part-time or casual position,
though happy to consider contractors with capacity.

Travel to our Wollongong and Newcastle offices will be required on an ad hoc basis.

You'll Also Need

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Experience in doing Vocational and Earning Capacity Assessments (highly regarded)
  • Specialist skills like mediation and/or other injury management experience highly regarded
  • Demonstrated commitment to drive quality outcomes
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking & problem solving
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach.
