THE ROLE
  • Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the team who serve the Restaurant, Bar, Café, In-Room Dining and Minibar.
  • You will lead and inspire an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
  • This is a very hands-on role as the face of the hotel's restaurant and bars there will be a strong focus on leading by example on the floor.
  • The activation and recognition of loyalty will be taken to a new level at this property and driven through a whole-hotel approach.
THE CRITERIA
  • Prior Restaurant & Bar Manager or Senior Food & Beverage Supervisor experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of wines and cocktails
  • Experience leading a team with a strong focus on engagement and development
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
