About the Role We're seeking a motivated Trade Assistant / Factory Hand to support our fabrication team in Northam, WA.

You'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently by assisting fabricators, handling materials, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Assisting fabricators with daily production tasks
  • Applying finishing touches such as painting, strapping, or minor assembly
  • Moving materials and products to designated areas
  • Operating forklifts and other plant equipment to support workflow
  • Maintaining workshop organization, safety, and cleanliness
  • Collaborating with the team to meet production goals and deadlines

About You You're reliable, safety-focused, and enjoy hands-on work. You take pride in being part of a team that delivers quality results.

We're looking for:

  • A valid Forklift Licence (preferred)
  • Experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment
  • Confidence using hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork

Previous trade assistant or factory hand experience is highly regarded.
