The
Australian Traditional-Medicine Society (ATMS)
is Australia's largest national professional association for natural medicine practitioners. With 40 years of leadership in natural healthcare, we are proud to support over 9,600 members across 20 modalities.

We are seeking a
CPE Audit & Health Funds Officer
to join our Member Services team full-time, based in our Meadowbank office. This is a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong relationships with health funds while supporting the professional standards of our members.

What You'll Do

Manage health fund reporting and reconciliation using Excel and FileMaker

Conduct internal Continuing Professional Education (CPE) audits

Coordinate external health fund audits and prepare required documentation

Handle complex health fund queries with professionalism and accuracy

Support compliance with membership and CPE requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience in health fund management, compliance, or auditing

Strong Excel and data management skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)

Knowledge of database systems (FileMaker desirable)

Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
