THE ROLE

You will work with a team of creatives at Cumulus Studio, an architectural practice known for design excellence.

This role requires a highly organised and proactive PA & Marketing Coordinator, ideally with experience working in the Architectural or design industry.

You will support Directors with an experienced PA background, working with initiative, managing the Directors day to day, alongside managing the Coordination of Marketing needs across the Practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Personal Assistant

Coordinate day to day needs supporting Directors, this includes but is not limited to:

  • Director email management and coordination: prioritise, respond and follow up on behalf of the Director where appropriate, and file appropriately.
  • Director Calendar coordination and management: Weekly/daily run through with the Director, manage calendar clashes and coordinate resetting of meetings as required.
  • Manage Director to ensure they are prepared and punctual to meetings or events.
  • Assist with incoming calls, direct where appropriate.
  • Assist with overseeing Cumulus Info email.
  • Assist with overseeing emails when project staff are on leave, as required.
  • Support with printing, filing, etc as required.

Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate marketing-related activities and communications.
  • Coordinate between Cumulus and associated PR and Marketing agency, working to PR/Marketing strategies and program.
  • Coordinate programming for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. Respond to any enquiries and messages.
  • Oversee and coordinate website updates.
  • Coordinate and maintain all data on the CRM, including monthly reporting.
  • Coordinate initial information packs and introduction emails to potential clients, as required.
  • Manage all marketing material, associated marketing information and filing.

Skills / Experience Required

  • Minimum Experience: 5+ years in a similar PA & Marketing Coordination role, ideally in the architectural or design industry.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, , project management platforms.
  • Proactive & Self-Motivated: Can anticipate needs, solve problems efficiently, and work independently.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain high accuracy.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
  • Creative Thinker: Someone who enjoys contributing to initiatives and has an eye for detail, process and teamwork.
