We're looking for a reliable Labourer/Floor Picker to sort mixed construction and demolition waste on our processing floor/picking line . The role involves identifying and separating recyclable materials such as wood, metal, and plastics, while maintaining safety and cleanliness on site.

Key Duties:

  • Sort and separate mixed waste materials by hand
  • Identify recyclables and remove contaminants
  • Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow site safety procedures
  • Assist with general labouring and cleanup tasks
  • Report hazards or equipment issues to supervisors

Requirements:

  • Physically fit for manual, repetitive work
  • Able to work in a noisy, dusty environment
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions
  • Experience in waste, recycling, or construction preferred but not essential

Conditions:

  • Indoor/outdoor environment; PPE required
  • Shift work may include early mornings or weekends
