What you will do

  • Run discovery and scoping workshops. Map current and future workflows.
  • Translate requirements into scope, plan, and acceptance criteria.
  • Build the business case with the customer. Set value milestones and KPIs.
  • Own delivery governance: schedule, resources, risks, issues, communications.
  • Publish weekly status. Keep a single source of truth.
  • Manage cutover, go-live, hypercare, and handover to Support.
  • Drive adoption with champions and role-based training.
  • Secure sponsor sign-off and a reference quotes.

Success looks like

  • Go-live met on the agreed date.
  • Priority workflows running in Track'em for two consecutive weeks.
  • Sponsor signs off on the success plan outcomes in writing.
  • Usage hits agreed value milestones.
  • CSAT above 4.5 at closure.

About you

  • 5 to 8 years delivering SaaS or enterprise projects. EPC, mining, supply chain, WMS, or ERM is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering SaaS or enterprise projects is required.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in EPC, mining, supply chain, WMS, or ERM sectors.
  • Strong requirements gathering and analysis. Process and value mapping skills.
  • Confident with executive stakeholders. Clear communicator.
  • Solid governance. Calm under pressure.
  • Hands-on with data migration, integrations, and UAT.
  • Change and adoption mindset. Works well with customers, partners, and engineers.

Nice to have

  • Logistics or materials management background.
  • Managed 2 to 4 concurrent projects.
  • Led pre-sales scoping and wrote SOWs.
  • Business case and ROI modelling.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or AIPM.
