ABOUT THE ROLE

Breakers Country Club is looking for an energetic and motivated Kitchen Hand to join our close-knit team on a casual basis at our superb venue located in Wamberal, NSW

More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Chef with preparation of food and general cooking
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen including washing dishes
  • Utilising industrial cleaning equipment including a commercial dishwasher

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate, would ideally have:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen
  • Flexibility to work an open roster that may include days, nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Be a team player and have a willingness to learn
  • Punctual and well-presented individual
