About the Role
As a Gaming Attendant, you'll provide exceptional customer service across our busy gaming lounge. You'll handle payouts, maintain machine presentation, and ensure guests enjoy a safe, friendly, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional service to all guests
- Monitor and maintain gaming room presentation
- Assist with payouts, clearances, and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with QLD gaming regulations and RSA/RSG requirements
- Support the team with general bar and floor duties when required
- Uphold venue policies and service standards at all times
- Current RSA and RSG certificates (essential)
- Previous gaming or hospitality experience preferred (training provided)
- Minimum 1+ years of hospitality experience required
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Availability for a rotating roster — days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong team player who enjoys connecting with customers
- Australian work rights essential
- Up to 38 hours per week with consistent shifts
