The opportunity has arisen for a part-time Bar Supervisor to join our team. The role will be to ensure day-to day operations of the venue run smoothly, as well as support and co-operate with Front of House management. The ideal candidate will bring a passionate and enthusiastic presence to what is already a highly sociable and friendly environment. Daily responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to:
· Management and direction of FOH staff
· Creating an enjoyable and welcoming work environment
· Execution of venue opening/closing procedures
· Ensuring high quality customer service and satisfaction
· Till balancing/reconciliation
· Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the workplace
· As well as other traditional tasks that come with bar and restaurant service
What you need:
· Prior experience in a bar or other hospitality setting
· Exceptional communication, leadership and customer service skills
· Strong knowledge of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails
· Ability to solve problems in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
· Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
· A valid RSA certificate
· Management experience not essential, but highly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $52,885.36 – $78,041.15 per year
