This role is within our Qube Agri division. Qube Agri (a division of Qube Logistics) offers regional exporters of grain, oilseeds, pulses and cottonseed direct access to world markets. Qube Agri offers onsite services including:

  • Bulk Storage & Warehousing
  • Container Packing
  • Grading & Bagging
  • Seed & Fertiliser Management
  • Road & Rail Transport Options

We handle commodities such as wheat, chickpeas, cottonseed, barley, mung beans, fertiliser, oats, faba beans and lupins.

About the role

Position: Export Documentation Officer - Qube Agri

Location: Narromine, NSW

Status: Full time (9am-5pm)

About The Role

  • Shipment order entry in relevant export and inventory management systems and set up digital files
  • Review export packing instructions and relevant reference materials (such as MICOR) to determine packing requirements and record in export system
  • Follow up on any additional documentation required for each shipment and ensure all in order prior to commencement of packing
  • Review and enter yard packing data into export system by COB daily
  • Daily Packing/container filler reconciliation
  • Update/maintain container tracking spreadsheet at each stage of the packing process
  • Complete Pre-receival advices (PRA's) for all packed containers prior to container departure from site
  • Prepare train consist report as needed (including alternate Saturday's) – shared task with export co-ordinator.
  • Compile documentation on completion of packing, including PEMs inspection data, fumigation certificates, tracking data and any other documents as required. Send to relevant parties.
  • Container train outbound ticketing in inventory management system.
  • Telephone enquiries and weighbridge/customer service as needed
  • Assist with internal movement entry as required
  • Assist the Regional Logistics Manager and Export Coordinator in the preparation of rail and export tasks as needed

About You

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail plus analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills in excel (advanced formulae)
  • Previous experience in Export and/or grain related roles (preferable but not essential)
  • Experience with Grainsoft and/or Agrichain systems (preferable but not essential)
