About the Role

Step through our pink doors into the whimsical world of Peter Alexander as Store Manager at our Chermside store You'll be a key player in driving sales, supporting your team's growth, and making sure every customer feels like they've stepped into a dream. If you love fashion, leading with energy, and have a knack for making things happen, we want you to help us grow our vibrant brand.

This is a Full-time position, and requires availability for weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life

  • Lead your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a joyful, customer-first atmosphere.
  • Train, develop, and inspire your team to bring their best selves to work every day.
  • Keep the store looking fabulous with fresh visual merchandising displays and regular promotions.
  • Manage stock to minimise loss while maximising opportunities for sales.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment where customers and team members can feel right at home.
  • Create rosters that suit store demand and ensure the team is well-supported during trading hours.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous leadership experience in apparel retail.
  • Experience in managing high stock volume and reducing stock loss.
  • A love for delivering an unforgettable customer experience and creating a playful atmosphere.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs with a smile.
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail.
  • An upbeat and enthusiastic attitude, ready to bring joy to your team and customers.
