- RN/RM1 $74,831 - $102,103 p.a (pro rata) + 35% MGP caseload allowance + Salary Sacrifice benefits
- RN/RM2C $87,416 - $110,497 p.a (pro rata) 35% MGP caseload allowance + Salary Sacrifice benefits
- Ongoing Part Time working 48 hours per fortnight over a 7-day roster
WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join the Northern Midwifery Group (Gawler Health Service/Kapunda Health Service). In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred midwifery care, supporting women through pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postnatal period within a small MGP team. This model of care promotes continuity, allowing you to develop strong relationships with women by sharing a caseload and providing 24/7 support in a collaborative and supportive environment.
As part of the Midwifery Group Practice, you will deliver personalised, woman-centred care, working closely with a small team of midwives who share responsibilities and provide comprehensive support. This approach empowers women to make informed choices and ensures safe, evidence-based care that enhances outcomes for mothers and babies. You will work collaboratively with other health professionals to provide seamless care throughout the maternity journey.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
- Provide proficient, person-centred clinical midwifery care and individual case management to women within the MGP model.
- Collaborate with the MGP team to share caseloads, support 24/7 on-call rotations, and ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in clinical teaching, mentoring students and less experienced staff to foster professional development.
- Assist in quality improvement, research, and clinical governance activities to maintain best practice standards.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?
