Civil Draftsperson

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and Design: Create detailed technical drawings and plans for civil engineering projects using CAD software.
• Collaboration: Work closely with civil engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather requirements and integrate design specifications.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawing revisions, specifications, and reports.
• Quality Control: Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards and regulations.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to gather data and verify that designs comply with local regulations and site conditions.
• Updating Drawings: Modify existing drawings based on feedback from engineers or project managers.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support during the construction phase of projects.

Skills and Expertise:

• Proficiency in CAD Software: Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
• Understanding of Engineering Principles: Knowledge of civil engineering concepts and standards.
