The Opportunity:

Anglican Care have an exciting opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse to join the Home Care team in the Mid North Coast region, Taree. As the Enrolled Nurse you will be responsible for support for participants accessing Commonwealth Home Support Services and Home Care Packages.

As well as providing clinical care you will also provide support, education and resources to consumers so they can make informed decisions and have choice and control over the services and support they receive and ensure the services delivered are safe, effective and meet consumers' needs.

About you?

  • Registration as an Enrolled Nurse

  • Sound knowledge and experience working with people who are ageing from an enablement, restorative and wellbeing perspective

  • Understanding of multidisciplinary teamwork and the ability to multi-task.

  • Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop goal orientated care plans

  • Computer and technology skills to enable use of contemporary systems

  • Skilled to engage and motivate consumers, families, staff and stakeholders.
