The Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer care. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.
  • Assisting customers with prescriptions and product enquiries.
  • Operating point-of-sale systems and managing cash handling.
  • Keeping the store clean, organised, and welcoming.
  • Supporting promotions and in-store sales.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

  • Customer-focused with a friendly, engaging personality.
  • Experienced in pharmacy or retail (preferred, not essential).
  • Strong in communication and teamwork.
  • Professional in presentation with a customer-first attitude.
  • Available to work weekends

Bonus If You Have

  • A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I–IV).
  • Experience with MINFOS or FRED systems.
