Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale is a thriving centre with a licensed capacity of 124 places, located in the heart of Wyndham Vale. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of early childhood education and care.

As part of the Busy Bees family, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the centre's culture, driving quality outcomes for children, and supporting a dedicated team of educators.

About the Role

As a Centre Director, you will:

  • Provide strong, values-driven leadership to educators and staff
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and ACECQA requirements
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and the wider community
  • Oversee staffing, rostering, and centre operations to maintain smooth daily practices
  • Drive enrolments and occupancy growth while upholding the centre's reputation for quality care
  • Support educators with professional development and career progression

What You'll Need

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • At least 3 years' leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee) (VIC requirement)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Proven knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
