Company: Adelaide Curtain Cleaners has proudly served residential and commercial clients for over 23 years, specializing in professional curtain cleaning with take down and installation services.

Position Type: Part Time/Casual, flexible but stable hours weekdays only.

Key duties

  • Help in the work room with tasks such as remove/replace hooks, steam pressing, final inspection, and packaging.
  • Prepare curtains for cleaning, including initial inspection, measuring and pricing to produce quotes or invoices.
  • Assist with on-site visits to inspect curtains, provide quotes, take down and install curtains.
  • Job booking, scheduling and invoicing using ServiceM8 software.

Requirements:

  • Practical, hands-on, comfortable on a ladder and doing light physical work.
  • Reliable, punctual, able to work independently and as part of a small friendly team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
  • Friendly, approachable with excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable to travel and work out and about in the community unsupervised.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and complete tasks as trained.
  • Hold a full current driver's license.
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a police clearance.
