This is: the job

We're seeking an experienced
SAP Training Lead
to drive end-to-end learning delivery across a large-scale SAP S/4Hana Transformation Program.

Starting in
November 2025
, this role will oversee the full training lifecycle — from needs analysis and capability planning through to design, delivery, and post go-live adoption. You'll collaborate with SMEs, Change Managers, and Functional Analysts to ensure training outcomes are aligned to project goals and business readiness milestones.

This is: what you'll do

  • Lead all phases of training delivery — planning, design, execution, and measurement
  • Conduct
    Training Needs Analysis
    and develop comprehensive capability plans
  • Design structured training solutions using multiple learning pathways and formats
  • Oversee development of training materials, collateral, and documentation
  • Manage delivery of instructor-led, online, and on-demand learning solutions
  • Partner with change teams and SMEs to align training with project milestones
  • Report on progress, adoption and learning effectiveness to senior stakeholders
  • Drive training adoption and refresher programs pre- and post-go-live

This is: what you'll need

  • Minimum
    8 years of SAP project experience
    in training and enablement roles
  • Proven experience leading training design and deployment across SAP transformations
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, with exposure to
    SuccessFactors Learning
    and
    SAP Enable Now
    (preferred)
  • Expertise in Training Needs Analysis, capability planning and performance measurement
  • Demonstrated experience developing multi-format learning programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across change, project, and business teams
  • Experience coaching senior leaders and project teams in adult learning practices
