About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our vibrant team at Bar Fino', located in the heart of Sydney, NSW. As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering exceptional breakfast and lunch for our discerning customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to the ongoing success of our renowned establishment.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a range of high-quality dishes from our diverse menu
  • Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation
  • Developing new menu items and improve existing offerings
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to customer requests
  • Mentoring and training kitchen staff
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef in a similar high-volume, fast-paced cafe environment
  • Strong working knowledge cafe style breakfast and lunch
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality dishes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
  • Food safety and hygiene certification
  • Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
